A Relay-Based Architecture for Distributed Tactical Datalink Simulation

Aiming at constructing a tactical datalink simulation platform with good scalability and flexibility, we propose a relay-based architecture separating simulation of application layer from that of other layers. To validate the feasibility and rationality of the relay-based architecture, we have analyzed the architecture’s influences on execution of time stamp interactions and received order interactions. A prototype system has been built, which comes up to meet the architecture’s predicted expectations. Figure 1. Framework of Relay-Based Architecture.
